Pastor and Wife Busted For Selling Babies
A so-called pastor and his wife in Akwa Ibom State have been arrested by the State Police Command for kidnapping and child trafficking.
According to Sun News, the couple were allegedly nabbed with a new born baby with the aim of selling him to a child trafficker in Nung Ukot, Itu Local Government Area of the state for N300,000.
The pastor and his wife, whose names were given as John and Deborah, were reported to be in the habit of adopting kids with the aim of raising them but instead sell them to child traffickers.
Pastor John, who is reported to belong to a Pentecostal church in the state, while confessing to the crime said: “We have the mission to train children and suddenly we changed our mind, when my wife and I ventured into selling of a new baby for N200,000.00 or N300,000.00 since we have a syndicate who could sell it for us.”
Fake pastor Mtscheeeeeeewwww. Thank God they have been caught.
