13-year-old girl, Izabel Laxamana of Tacoma, Washington, jumped off a highway bridge after her dad punished her by cutting her beautiful long black hair. He then posted a video showing her with short hair and a lock of long hair on the floor nearby to YouTube.
Izabel jumped into heavy traffic shortly after the video was posted and died later in a hospital.
In the video, her father is heard saying: “The consequences of getting messed up, man, you lost all that beautiful hair. Was it worth it?”
