Amazing! Pregnant Mum In Coma Saves Life Of Unborn Baby

A pregnant woman has left doctors stunned after she was able to save the life of her unborn baby by pointing towards her stomach while she was in a coma.

According to Mirror, 23 weeks pregnant Colina Jolina was brought to the hospital after suffering a stroke and passing out on the floor in her home. The doctors gave her baby a 10% chance of surviving.

While lying unconscious in her hospital bed, supported by her family, Colvina miraculously lifted her hands and touched her stomach. Her husband quickly called the doctors who found out her heart rate had dropped and her baby was not getting enough oxygen. Doctors performed an emergency caesarean and baby Maia was welcomed into the world at just 3lbs.

Speaking on her experience, Colvina said: “I felt terrible. I had the worst headache at the back of my head. All I remember was people talking to me and rushing around me and it all sounded like mumbo jumbo to me. After they delivered her and when I finally woke up, I was told by the doctors that I was running out of time and so they had to save my baby in any way possible. I’m just so glad they saved her, she’s everything to me.”

Doctors were stunned once again when Colvina came out of her coma a week later and knew she had given birth without anyone informing her she had a baby.

She said: “I can’t explain it. I knew straight away she was mine. I turned to my mum and just said ‘that’s your granddaughter’ and my mum cried.”
