Dad Charged For Impregnating Twin 18-Year-Old Daughters in Kenya
A dad in Kenya was arraigned in a Wundanyi court and charged with sexually abusing and impregnating his twin daughters.
According to Nairobi News, both girls are students at Ngami Secondary school in Mwatate sub-county. One of them is said to be eight months pregnant while the other is three months gone.
The accused had pleaded guilty to the charges during his first appearance in court on November 19 before Senior Resident Magistrate Isaac Orenge. But when he appeared in Court on November 24 before Resident Magistrate G.M Gitonga, he pleaded ‘not guilty.’
The charge sheet stated that at Kizigha village in Bura, between January 2013 and February 2015, the accused sexually abused his daughter aged 18.
Another charge read that between January 2013 and September 2015, he subjected his other daughter to the same treatment.
The mention of the case will be on December 8 while hearings will be in January.
He was remanded at Wundanyi GK prison after failing to raise a cash bail of Sh50,000 or bond of Sh100,000 and a surety of similar amount.
