FAMILY RECIPE: Oven Cooked Pasta & Veggies

Hey, mommas! Delight your family’s taste buds this weekend by bringing this tasty recipe to the table.

You’ll need

1 tsp garlic powder
120 g spring onion
1 small zuchinni or 3 small garden eggs
100 g cherry tomatoes
250 g asparagus
50 g cauliflower
3 tbsp all purpose seasoning
1 tsp ginger paste
4 tbsp cooking oil
11/2 cup hot pepper sauce (see how to prepare here)
1 dl cooking cream (mix with 2 dl water) – optional
Baking dish
Aluminium foil
240 g pasta
Shredded cheese (optional)

How to prepare
Preheat oven 200°C. In a large bowl, mix chicken, seasoning, garlic powder and ginger paste together. Let it sit for 10 minutes. Heat oil on medium heat. Fry chicken in oil until fully cooked and golden brown.
Grease baking dish with a little oil. Arrange pasta in baking dish. Sprinkle a little vegetable on top. Arrange chicken on top of vegetables. Pour the rest of the vegetables on the chicken and pour in the hot pepper sauce. Next, add the cooking cream mixed with water. Adjust seasoning to taste. Cover with aluminium foil. Bake in oven for 30-40 minutes. Sprinkle some cheese on it and enjoy.
