Girl, 16, Gang-raped to Coma in Ebonyi
A sixteen year old girl in Ebonyi State simply identified as Gladys is reportedly battling for survival after she was gang-raped by four secondary school students, who invaded her house at about 10 p.m.
According to the DailyTimes, the students identified as Jeremiah Odah, Dick Alo, Ofobuike Alo and Obumnaeme, had broken into the girl’s house and immediately demanded sex, and when she refused to oblige, they beat and raped her to coma. They subsequently carried her out of her house and dumped her in a bush where she was found two days by a search party organised by members of the community.

She was immediately rushed to the Rural Improvement Mission Hospital (RIMH), Ndegu Echara Community for medical attention and a medical report said she sustained serious internal injuries –including private parts, during the incident.
The matter has been reported to the Ebonyi State Family Law Centre, and its Chairman, Mrs. Edeh Nwali, has petitioned the State Commissioner of Police, Peace Ibekwe Abdallah to get justice for the poor girl.
Where is this world going to? Until those rapist are dealt wit then it’s God that will save us
