BABY RECIPE: Oat & Veggie Porridge

Hey, mums! Here’s another yummy and quick baby recipe you should try out from 12 months.

You’ll need
2 tbsp oil
2 dl oat
1 large onion (chopped)
2 medium size tomatoes
2 garlic cloves (chopped)
1 tsp paprika powder
2 eggs
1 tbsp tomato paste (chopped)
1/2 tbsp seasoning (unsalted)
Half deciliter green peas
4 tbsp water / more for moisture

How to prepare

Fry onion and garlic on medium heat till soft. Add chopped tomatoes, paprika and seasoning. Cover to cook for 2 minutes. Stir in eggs and cover to cook for about a minute and add the peas, stirring from time to time. Pour in the oat and mix everything together evenly. Mix tomato paste with water and pour it over onto the oats. Stir evenly and lower heat. Cover to cook for 3 – 5 minutes, stirring consistently. Serve warm.
