Premature Twins Born at 28 Weeks Hold Hands in Heartwarming Video
An Australian mum, Anthea Jackson-Rushford, shared the heartwarming moment her premature twins, Kristiana and Kristian, born at just 28 weeks and one day, held each other’s tiny hands while snuggling on their dad’s chest at the hospital.
