Unborn Baby Gives Parents a Thumbs Up in Amazing Ultrasound Photo

An expecting couple from Calgary, Alberta couldn’t help having the above ultrasound photo, taken at 20 weeks, framed and displayed in their home as they anticipate the baby boy’s arrival.

Nicole Kim and her husband, Tony, had gone for a routine ultrasound appointment late last month, expecting to discover the gender of their third child, when they received the ultrasound image showing their unborn baby giving what appears to be a thumbs up.

“I thought it was the neatest thing. We just couldn’t stop smiling,” Kim told the Calgary Herald.

Kim believes the now 22-week-old baby, due in June, seems to be telling them everything will work out as Tony has been going through hard times lately.

“My hubby was laid off four months ago, and we found out we were pregnant with our third baby right after. This photo tells me that, yes, everything is going to be all right,” Kim told Global News.

The couple already have two boys, aged 5 and 3.
