Meet 100-Year-Old Identical Twins Who Have Never Lived Apart

Identical twins, Mary Belle Roach and Mae Belle Powell, from Symsonia, Kentucky, who just turned 100, say they have never lived apart.

After a century of sharing a very unique bond, the pair still dress alike, get their hair done together, and live in their childhood home where they share a bedroom, in case one of them needs anything during the night.

Mary told Today, ‘We’re together all the time; we’ve never been separated. That’s all we know: to love each other.’

Adding that they simply can’t get enough of each other, Mae Belle said, ‘I need her all the time. We’ve had a wonderful, wonderful, wonderful life and still have it.’

The women, who are now both widows, have remained active and keep each other company at a gym close to their home where they reportedly walk for 30 minutes each day.

Mae Belle told Inside Edition the secret to their long, healthy life is ‘good genes’, revealing that their mum died at 97.  She added, ‘We didn’t smoke cigarettes. We didn’t smoke that pot. We never drank beer.’
