The sad incident which took place in Soweto, South Africa, shocked many as the boy’s mom, Janet also got sick after eating the meal and is fighting for her life at the hospital, but surprisingly, Gogo ( pictured above showing the container of food that the family ate) didn’t experience any problem.

DailySun gathered that Gogo, 73, said her daughter Janet, 45, came home with three containers of food after visiting a feeding scheme in zone 3. After laying the table and saying their prayers, all three started eating.
She said: ”Tshepang started complaining his stomach was painful and I told him to drink some water. Before he could fetch it, he dropped his food and fell to the floor in pain.

”I picked him up and held him to my chest. I sent Janet, who wasn’t showing any signs of being sick then, to the spaza shop to buy milk.

‘By the time she came back, Tshepang was worse and she went to get help from the neighbours,” Gogo revealed.
As they were calling an ambulance to save Tshepang’s life, Janet also started feeling sick.
”She started screaming and threw up. White foam was soon coming out of her mouth and nostrils.

”By this time Tshepang was lying still on the floor and his jaws were tightly closed.”
An hour later, the paramedics apparently arrived at their home. The young boy was declared dead on the scene and Janet was rushed to the hospital.
Sergeant Octavia Thebe of the Meadowlands police said the incident is being investigated.
