3 Year Old Toddler Kidnapped By Stranger In Lagos
A 3-year-old boy, David Okoli has been kidnapped in Ijaniki, Lagos and his family is appealing to the general public to come to their aid by providing information that could lead to finding him.
According to family sources, he was kidnapped last week Tuesday by a strange woman on his way back from school.
