Two days ago, a young man, whose pre-wedding photos went viral on social media due to the his wife-to-be’s plus-size figure has opened up on his undying love story for her which surpasses (read here) physical appearance.
The groom to be, Kojo Prince who lives in Ghana and works at a construction firm in Accra and his plus-size bride to be, Abena recently shut down the internet with their stunning pre-wedding photos.
Kojo Prince is now speaking out on why he chose Abena, adding that people don’t make fun of the disparity in their size in his presence because he will NEVER allow anyone disrespect his woman while he is alive.
In an interview with Kwadjo Panyin (KP), a photographer, who works with ”THE AFRICAN BACHELOR”, Kojo Prince couldn’t just stop gushing about his lover.
Read the very interesting interview below:
KP: Have you had any of your friends and family complain or say negative things about your relationship?
Kojo: Well my family has no problem with whom ever you intend getting married to. Once the love is true and genuine, my family is so cool with anybody we bring home or introduce to them as a fiancé or fiancée
KJ: What do you love about her the most?
Kojo: I love her size. In fact, almost everything about her makes me love her. She has a warm heart, caring, loving and above all God-fearing.
KJ:And have you had your friends or strangers make fun of her size?
Kojo: Maybe at my back but not in my face. Because I wouldn’t allow anybody disrespect my woman in my face.
KJ:Also, how does she feel about her size in relation to yours?
Kojo: She is always happy with how she looks. She doesn’t care about what people say about her. Never! It took me a whole year and some months to win her heart. It wasn’t easy bro lol
KJ: Who keeps your relationship alive? So what keeps the relationship going?
Kojo: Prayers bro. Every relationship has its ups and downs but when you entrust it into the hands of God he does all the miracles without you stressing.
Gushing about their love story, the soon-to-be bride, Abena said:
“It all started a year and a half ago when I was at work at the University of Ghana Hospital working as a nursing officer, Prince came to visit a sick relative whilst I was doing my usual rounds, he approached me with a prescription for help.
He really appreciated everything I did for him then we become and it moved on and on and here I have my Prince Charming.”

Some men actually like very big girls. I saw a documentary where some men actually feed their female partners with fatty foods to make them really big because they love seeing them that way.
Apart from the health implications that comes with obesity, i don’t think anyone should be judged because of their size. We all can’t be slim. They love eachother so what’s anyone’s business? I really like the fact that he found her attractive and beautive just the way she is, just she doesn’t grow bigger than that. Thinking about her health here.
I don’t understand why some people find it diff to believe it could be or its true. No big deal about it. So long as she doesn’t add more weight and maybe shed off some later cos of health issues. Not everybody can be slim
