FAMILY RECIPE: Creamy Pasta Vegetable Salad

So, this time I decided to share my absolutely favourite salad recipe. It’s quick and easy to prepare, healthy and tasty.

Ingredients
About 350 g cooked pasta
1 cup scallions (chopped)
3 large carrots (chopped and lightly cooked)
2 cups green peas ( lightly cooked)
1 small paprika (chopped)
Handful spinach (chopped)
170 g cooked olive (optional)
1 1/2 cup bacon (fried without oil)
Some black pepper
4 tbsp mayonnaise
Salt to taste
Some shredded Parmesan cheese (optional)

How to prepare
In a large salad bowl, mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or cover and allow to sit in a refrigerator for an hour or two if you want to enjoy it cold. Bon appétit!

TIP: You can cook carrots, peas and pasta together.
