FAMILY RECIPE: Homemade Hamburger


Here’s another yummy recipe your family will absolutely love! Try it out this weekend.

500 g minced meat/chicken
1 medium onion (chopped into really tiny pieces)
1/4 tsp powdered grain of selim (optional)
1 tsp all purpose seasoning
2 tbsp whole wheat flour
1 egg
A pinch of dried thyme
Some cooking oil

How to prepare
*Place the meat in a bowl.
*Add the rest of the ingredients except the oil.
*Mix them together evenly with your hand.
*Take a scoop with your hand and mold it round and flat or flatten. You can also flatten on a chopping board and cut with large cookie cutters.
*Preheat a favourable amount of oil on a medium heat.
*Continue molding with hand until the meat is finished.
*Fry them in oil until lightly brown and fully cooked inside.
*Serve with some bread and veggies or any other preference.
