‘Unchained Mad Dog’ Aisha Buhari Reacts to Governor Fayose’s Allegations

Aisha Buhari, wife of the President has reacted to Governor of Ekiti state Ayo Fayose‘s allegations of bribery via her Twitter account.

Fayose had yesterday made allegations that the President’s wife was involved in the Halliburton bribery scandal and that she transferred $170,000 to  convicted American politician, Williams Jefferson, Vanguard gathers.

This morning, the Presidency debunked the claims in a press statement by Garba Shehu, the presidential Senior Special Assistant on Media and Publicity, where the Presidency dismissed the allegations.

The Presidential spokesman also said the Wife of the President had no direct or indirect connection with Congressman William Jefferson.

As a result of Fayose’s allegations, Aisha Buhari took to Twitter and called the governor an ‘unchained mad dog.’

She wrote: “Enough is Enough Fayose. A mad dog that isn’t chained. I refuse to keep quiet”
