Hey, mums! Here’s a very yummy spaghetti recipe to bring to the table this weekend.
1 onion (chopped)
3 dl smoked pancetta lardons or diced bacon
1 dl shredded ham (optional)
1/4 tsp nut meg
1/2 dl cooking cream (optional)
1 small seasoning cube
Some green beans (optional)
Some cooked spaghetti (two servings)

How to prepare
*Fry bacon without oil in a non stick cooking pan until all the animal fat is out.
*Add onions, green beans and seasoning. Fry for 3 minutes.
*Lower heat. Add ham and eggs.
*Keep stirring until egg solidifies and turns white.
*Stir in spaghetti, cooking cream and nut meg.
*Allow to cook on low heat for 2 minutes.
