“Talk About Feeding Anytime And Anywhere” Bride Breastfeeds Baby During Her Wedding Ceremony

The photo of a 30-year-old mother named Christina Torino-Benton, breastfeeding her nine-month-old daughter, Gemma, during her wedding ceremony in a church in Lachine, Canada, has gone viral on Facebook, with over 7,000 likes.

Benton posted it on a Facebook support group for breastfeeding mothers, known as ‘Breastfeeding Mamma Talk’after she saw how beautifully the wedding photographer had captured the moment, Daily Mail says.

She shared the words below with the photo …

“Talk about feeding anytime & anywhere. That moment when you’re getting married and your baby gets hungry, feeling SO proud of myself! Fighting that good fight!”

The young mother admitted to Daily Mail that although she did not know the photo was being taken at the time, she absolutely loves it. She said, “I’m feeling nothing but positive vibes from the public response. Everyone has been very encouraging and supportive.”

She further said, “Breastfeeding is so natural. It took me a while to become comfortable with nursing out in the open, but now it’s completely second nature and I wouldn’t have it any other way.”
