Meet The 10-Year-Old Motivational Speaker Who Helps Children Stand Up To Bullies

Nyeeam Hudson, a 10-year-old boy from New Jersey, USA, who was bullied on the playground because he did not have the right sneakers onhas become a motivational speaker who helps other young children stand up to bullies.

According to CTV News, the young boy spreads a positive message of self-love and confidence to other children and parents through his speeches and Instagram page, which has over 70,000 followers.

Also known as King Nahh to his Instagram followers, the young motivational speaker posts daily motivational messages about rising above the taunts of bullies and embracing personal talents to empower yourself.

In a recent Instagram video, he said, “Children, never be afraid. Because that’s going to block you from doing what you like to do.”

Hudson reportedly became famous after he posted a video recalling a recent run-in with playground bullies. The now-viral Instagram video, which has been viewed more than 3,000 times, was shot in black and white in the front seat of a car where the calm and articulate Hudson rebuked his bullies for laughing at his FILA-brand sneakers.

He said in the video, “I am not a material person. I just wear FILAs because I like the colour and I think they are cool. They might not be what’s popular today, but that’s what I like. So I told the kid, ‘It’s not about what I have on my feet. It’s about what I have inside my head. No matter what I’m wearing, no matter what I have on, it’s about my information, the knowledgeable things in life. These sneakers are not even going to fit you in 20 years from now’.”

The young boy’s passion for motivational speaking was discovered when was just four years old. His father started recording his son rapping at that early age. Now the ten year old wears a suit and tie when he speaks to young audiences about building confidence and discovering their inner “king” or “queen.””

“I think a lot of my confidence comes from my father motivating me and inspiring me, telling me these everyday things that help me grow wiser and become better,” he told CTV News Channel Friday from Orange, N.J.

CTV News reports that his inspirational messages focus on the importance of family and the need for honest dialogue between parents and children.

He also said in a recent YouTube video, “I’m not perfect, and I definitely don’t try to be. My father lets met travel the world. I meet beautiful people and I do beautiful things. I’m still growing and I’m going to grow proper. My father have given me all the right materials, and shown me all the right images so I can grow into a strong beautiful person.”
