Here’s another very yummy and nutritious recipe your baby will love. Appropriate from 12 months.
4 large paprika/bell pepper (chopped)
2 small avocados (cut into pieces)
1 onion (chopped)
1/2 tsp thyme
150 g boneless chicken (cut into pieces)
20 g Cauliflower
3 tbsp butter (unsalted)
4 dl water
1 tbsp fresh lime juice.
How to prepare
Fry onion till lightly soft. Add chicken and fry for 5 minutes. Stir in thyme and allow to saute for another 2 minutes. Add the bell pepper, cauliflower and water. Cover to cook for 20 minutes or until the vegetables are soft. Turn off the heat. Stir in the avocado and lime. Blend everything together into a smooth creamy texture. Serve warm.
