Here’s another tasty and quick recipe your family would love.
About 450 g minced meat
800 g canned unsalted tomato sauce (you can also make one yourself)
1 tsp dried parsley
1/2 tsp oregano (dried)
3 tbsp mayonnaise
1 onion (chopped)
3 tbsp olive oil

How to prepare
In a deep cooking pot, fry onion in oil on medium heat till slightly soft
Add tomato sauce, oregano and parsley
Cook for 3 minutes and stir in meat
Add seasoning and leave to sauté till meat is 80% cooked.
Stir in the mayo
Break spaghetti into tiny pieces and stir it in the meat sauce
Add some water (2-3 dl) and lower heat.
Cover to cook till spaghetti is fully cooked, stirring consistently.
