Yet again, Lamar Odom‘s father has come for Khloe Kardashian, claiming she is a “piece of work” and that her former husband, Lamar, is better off without her.
In an interview with Radar Online, Joe Odom said the 32-year-old reality star who is now divorced from his former professional athlete son, was no good for him and made his career suffer.
According to Joe, he recently spoke to his troubled son, and during the emotional phone call, he didn’t mention Khloe at all.
”He didn’t mention [Khloe Kardashian] at all when I spoke to him on the phone. He didn’t mention the divorce. I found out from the news. Lamar can be private like that. When he wants to move on he keeps quiet about it. She was a piece of work, man,” Joe complained.
”Khloe was no good for him and he’s better off without her! She got my son into a lot of s**t.”
Speaking further, Lamar’s dad said the former basketball star’s life and career went downhill because of Khloe.
“His career suffered as a result and he lost some good years. He just didn’t need all that. She stopped his job. Times have been tough in the last year and it’s all down to Khloe.
I’ve struggled big time and Lamar wasn’t able to help because Khloe controlled all his money. At least that has changed now, Lamar can get on the good foot now.
It’s a shame he has had to go through all that he has just to get to this point,” he said.
Khloe and Lamar were married for four years before their split due to Odom’s affairs with other women and his alleged drug use. Their marriage officially ended in October, 2016, when their divorce was finalized (read here).
Since her official split from Odom, Khloe has been dating Tristan Thompson, 25, and spending tons of time with him in Cleveland, where he plays professional basketball.
