FAMILY RECIPE: Beef Teriyaki Noodle

Here’s a yummy recipe to treat your whole family to this weekend.

Ingredients

A pack spaghetti
1 cup onions
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon garlic
1 spring onions
1 cup mushrooms
1 green bell pepper
1 red bell pepper
500 g beef strips
2 tablespoon soy sauce
3 tablespoon brown sugar
Sriracha (optional)
Salt to taste
1/2 a cup tablespoon vegetable oil

Process
In a hot wok pan, brown the beef strips and take them out
Reduce oil and lightly sauté onions, ginger and garlic. Add mushrooms
Add soy sauce and brown sugar and continue stirring
Add all other ingredients, except green and red bell peppers
Add spaghetti and mix together
Add bell peppers
Stir together for 2 minutes and serve.
