Man Charged With Murder After Rounds Of Sex With Lover

Mrs. Aina Adeyemi died after having sex with her lover, Oluwatuyi Alake, who is a security guard.

Alake ,45 who was arraigned at an Ado Ekiti Magistrate’s Court was remanded in prison custody after being charged with murder.

Police prosecutor, Sgt. Monica Ikebuilo speaking with TheNation, said that the accused committed the crime on October 30 at Ijero Ekiti, headquarters of Ijero Local Government Area of Ekiti State.  She told the court that Alake had sexual intercourse with Aina until she became unconscious and died thereafter. To cover up his track, the accused carried the deceased on his back and dumped the lifeless body in the bush. According to the prosecutor, this is against Section 319 of the Criminal Code, Cap 16, Laws of Ekiti State of Nigeria 2012.
