Yummy Treat: Belgian Waffles

Your family will love this yummy and easy to prepare Belgian waffles. Try it out this weekend.

2 cups of all purpose flour
2 tablespoons sugar
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 3/4 cups milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
2 large eggs

Combine all dry ingredients
Separate eggs and whip egg whites to a stiff peak
Add oil, milk and yolks to form a batter
Gently fold in egg whites into the batter
Scoop with an ice cream spoon or a big spoon into a waffle maker and wait till it’s ready.

We added fried eggs and sausages as sides.
