Hearing Impaired Man and Lady Living With Cerebral Palsy Find Love

The wedding ceremony between Paul Egbezokhai Kadiri and his heartthrob, Grace Olufunke Omooba, took place at Jesus Kids Orphanage in Ibadan, Oyo state over the weekend. The newly married couple in love tied the knot in the presence of well wishers who expressed their admiration for the couple.

Vanguard reports that the bride, 43, who has being diagnosed with Cerebral Palsy has been well cared for by Mrs Adamolekun, the head of Jesus Kids home for special people with disabilities where she lives.

She explained by saying:

“In our home, we have a programme where we train them on how to take care of their family, so she is well trained. Based on her condition, she cannot learn any trade but she’s very good with money and I believe she can cope with any house chores”

The happy groom stressed on the fact that he had turned down proposals from able bodied women in the past who didn’t mind him as a husband. He gushed that he would prefer to live with someone with a disability and he found that in his bride Grace which he said was love at first sight.

Paul’s mother has stated that she would not mind staying with the couple, providing assistance for them where necessary.

She said: ” I am happy to witness this day that I have been praying to see. Finally, the day has come and I am grateful to God who has made it possible”

During the Sermon titled, GOD of the able and the hope of the disabled, the pastor Ayotunde Adamolekun urged the couple to engage in things together and show respect to one another.
