Tragedy in Ikorodu: Mother Gets Shot, Daughter & Pregnant Friend Abducted
A horrific event took place at Ikorodu, yesterday. Reports have it that the woman in the above picture, Aisha Thelma Alli Balogun, was attacked by armed robbers. She was shot in the scuffle, and her daughter, Farida, also in the picture above was kidnapped, along side Thelma’s pregnant friend who was also in the vehicle with them.
A friend of the he deceased, took to Twitter to narrate the incident on Twitter, urging Lagos state Governor, Akinwunmi Ambode and a number of influential and popular politicians to look urgently into the issue and investigate it so that the little girl can be re-united with her family.
The general public is advised to please be watchful and keep an eye out for the little girl, as she could be anywhere with anybody.
I just saw this on a group am in this evening. This is so so sad. Ikorodu is known for too many atrocities, it’s crazy. May her soul RIP. Amen. I pray her daughter is found safe and sound.
