Hollywood Mom Viola Davis Set to Receive Star on Hollywood Walk Of Fame
Oscar award nominee Viola Davis, 51, will be honored with a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame in January 2017. The actress who has been nominated twice for an Academy award, is highly favoured to win one for her movie ‘Fences’ with Denzel Washington.
The Hollywood actress, married actor, Julius Tennon, in 2003. The couple adopted a newborn baby girl in 2011. Davis is also stepmom to Tennon’s two children from a previous relationship.
Ana Martinez, Vice President of media relations for the Hollywood Walk Of Fame, described Davis, as:
“one of the actresses who always mesmerizes fans with her talent. She is amazing and we are thrilled that she will grace our world famous Hollywood Walk of Fame.”

Veteran actress, and Oscar award winner Meryl Streep, will assist Leron Gubler, Hollywood chamber president, in unveiling Davis’ star.
