Halle Berry & Hubby Olivier Martinez’s Divorce Finalized
After announcing they were done with each other more than a year ago (read here), Olivier Martinez is now officially Halle Berry’s third ex-husband.
According to reports, the estranged couple have finalized their divorce. The couple filed for divorce in October 2015, and according to court documents obtained by E! News at the time, the 50-year-old Oscar winner cited “irreconcilable differences” as the reason for the split. It was also confirmed that both parties signed a pre-nup.

Under the settlement, Berry, mum of two and Martinez will share a joint custody of their three-year-old son, Maceo while they work out their property settlement, TMZ reports.
They both released a statement after filing for a divorce back in October 2015 saying,
”It is with a heavy heart that we have come to a decision to divorce. We move forward with love and respect for one another and the shared focus of what is best for our son.”
Halle and Olivier got married in 2013 when Berry was pregnant with Maceo.
So, the pair are officially single now.
