Nollywood Actress Mercy Aigbe Yanks Husband’s Surname From her Instagram Bio

Following shocking revelations of domestic violence and alleged infidelity in her marriage, Nigerian actress, Mercy Aigbe has dropped her estranged husband, Lanre‘s surname ‘Gentry‘ from her profile on Instagram.

The mother of two also changed her handle from @mercyaigbegentry to @realmercyaigbe.

The Edo state born actress said she has been suffering from battering in the hands of her husband for some time but things got to its limit after the recent big fight they had in their home which prompted her to speak out for the first time.
