Court Finally Grants Karrueche Tran 5 Year Restraining Order Against Ex & Dad of 1 Chris Brown

Chris Brown‘s ex lover, Karrueche Tran has been finally granted a 5-year restraining order against him.

The 29-year-old actress had sought for months to have a temporary order made permanent after he made threats of violence against her.

In her testimony at the court, TMZ reports that Tran claimed that after they broke up, the 28-year-old singer demanded she returned the diamond rings and other gifts given to her during their relationship and when she refused he became aggressive and sent her threatening messages.

She also told the court the single father of one had physically abused her when they were together.

When she told him the gifts were her property, Brown turned aggressive, she said.

“I’m not being nice to you no more, if I see you out in public again and I’m there I will make you hate me even more, don’t be anywhere I’m out in public, I’m going to ban you from all events,” Brown reportedly wrote in one text message.

“B*tch I will beat the s–t out of you,” he reportedly threatened in another.

After her testimony, she was cross-examined by Brown’s lawyer, David Gammill, who said she taunted Brown about the rings by saying she sold them. He also queried why she never reported any of the alleged incidents to police.

Brown wasn’t in court and the judge refused his request to join the hearing via phone.

Last February, Tran first received an emergency stay-away order after claiming Brown punched her in the stomach twice and pushed her down stairs during their relationship.

After they broke up, he threatened to kill her, she said.

The pair dated on and off between 2011 and 2015, and broke up for good after it was revealed Brown had a love child, Royalty with another model, Nia Guzman, in 2014.
