It’s Official! Cristiano Ronaldo Confirms Birth of His Twins | Meet Them

Real Madrid superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo confirms birth of his twins, whom were birthed via a surrogate mother.

He made the revelation after Portugal crashed out of the confederations cup last night. Ronaldo took to his Facebook and posted a statement saying he was leaving the Confederations Cup in Russia early to be with his children for the first time.

Cristiano has been allowed to return home from the FIFA Confederations Cup after confirming he has become a father for the second time, following the birth of twin boys.

Later, Ronaldo wrote, “So happy to be able to hold the two new loves of my life.”

Ronaldo, who already has a seven-year-old son – Cristiano Ronaldo Jnr – from a previous relationship, announced the news just hours after Portugal were eliminated from the tournament, following a penalty shoot-out defeat to Chile.

Ronaldo, in a statement on Facebook  said:

“I was in the service of the National Team, as it always happens, body and soul, even though I knew my two sons were born. Unfortunately, we have not been able to achieve the main sporting objective that we wanted, but I am sure we will continue to give joy to the Portuguese. The President of the Portuguese Football Federation and the national picker have today had an attitude that has touched me and I will not forget. I’m very happy to finally be with my children for the first time.
