“A wobbly belly after having kids is part of who you are” – Coleen Rooney

Coleen Rooney, wife of Manchester United football star and Everton FC, Wayne Rooney, was forced to shut down pregnancy rumours after showcasing her gorgeous curves on a recent family trip to Portugal in a photo.

Now Coleen has hit out body-shamers who criticized her healthy shape, she has suggested that the trolls are probably heavier than she is anyway. According to her none of it bothers her.

In an exclusive interview with Dailymail, the mother of three admits that admits she no longer feels the need to stress about her size, as her three children have now become her priority.

“It doesn’t bother me. I have been in the public eye for a long time now so it doesn’t affect me. It would hurt me if it came from someone that’s important to me like friends or family but the people who are criticizing me are probably a lot heavier than I am so it doesn’t bother me anymore.

There’s probably someone who is 20 stone who is judging me online so I just ignore it.I don’t understand why someone would make negative comments criticising someone’s body. It used to annoy me when I was younger but I learned to just ignore it. It’s not worth it,” she said.

As well as being a doting mum, Coleen is also a proud wife to Wayne, and the pair recently celebrated their ninth wedding anniversary. Coleen said over the summer her children were her priority, as she skipped the gym to spend time with them.

However, she also told Now magazine that she feels less pressure to bounce back into shape after having more kids. The fashion designer believes that after having kids and one is stuck with a wobbly belly, it is just part of who woman is.

According to Coleen she is not in a rush to get back in shape because after birth a woman’s body changes naturally and the most important thing to think about is taking care of them than wondering about how you look.

“The more children I’ve had, I’ve been in less of a rush to get back in shape because after three births, your body is going to change. I think once you’ve had kids, they’re more important than how you look.

It’s not the end of the world you just have to be confident. After having kids, if you’ve got a bit of a wobbly belly that’s just part and parcel of who you are.” she said.
