”I Am Not Ooni of Ife’s New Wife”- Emmanuella Ropo Clarifies (Watch)

Emmanuella Ropo rumoured to be having an affair with the Ooni of Ife Oba Adeyeye Enitan Ogunwusi, has denied the story linking her with the Yoruba monarch.

This comes after a viral report suggested that king Ogunwusi appeared to have found love again following his crashed marriage to Olori Wuraola in August (read here), this year, after he was spotted with Emmanuella at a high-society wedding in Lagos state.

Shutting down the reports in an interview with FlipTV, Emmanuella said there is no truth to the rumour but admitted meeting the Oba at a function.

Emmanuella, who hails from Abeokuta in Ogun State, also revealed why she’s romantically linked to the monarch in an interview.

Two days ago, we reported that Emmanuella was twice married with children (read here) and she has been in social scene for a while.

Her first marriage to one Joshua Adewale, an oil dealer, produced two female children. She later hooked one Femi and had her third child – a boy.

She had allegedly been spotted with a popular Abeokuta-based Fuji musician, Alhaji Sefiu Alao Adekunle aka Omo Oko, who lost his wife last December, as well as a senior customs officer whose daughter got married recently at Oniru, in Lagos, and one Engr. Toye, who is allegedly a friend of the Ooni.
