Oby Ezekwesili is the darling of women today, going by the response she gave a man who tried to shame them. She has been actively involved in a gender based campaign to encourage more women to participate in governance.

In a lecture organized by the HID Awolowo Foundation on Tuesday, Madam Oby said;

“We need to improve on the participation of women in our political system.

We need to have many more women in the local government, state government and centre of authority as well as in the judiciary.”

Madam Oby saw through Afeez’s post as just another attempt to relegate women in Nigeria, gave him this epic response which has generated waves on the internet;
