Dear MIMsters: Will It Be Proper To Enter a Relationship With Steve?

Will it be proper to enter a relationship with Steve? I started dating Dennis last year in October after he returned from service. We met in my church.

I loved him but as our relationship developed, I discovered he’s very negligent about things that I consider important.

Dennis doesn’t have a job yet, but he complains of being too busy to spend time with me. He is always so aggressive towards me every time. Anytime I bring up a topic about the future, he tells me he doesn’t know if he’s going to settle down at all.

Meanwhile, there’s this other guy with who I am friends with. Steve attends the same church with Dennis and I and they both know each other. Unlike Dennis, Steve is so caring and shows up whenever I need help.

Even though he has a job, Steve never complains about spending time with me. We’ve been friends since I started my relationship with Dennis and now that I’ve ended my relationship with him, Steve has been there to pacify me.  Even though ending things with Dennis hurt me, I can’t keep forcing the guy to be responsible.

Now, Steve is clearly asking me out for a relationship and I really like him. The thing is I don’t know if it’s proper to enter a relationship with him since Steve and Dennis both attend my church. I am shattered already.

  • firstly, I would like u to tender it before God(owner of heart) in prayer. sometimes we tell God to stay at back seat for us to handle some issue by ourself, which always result in disaster. Secondly, give Steve some time before u say yes, some guys are very good in feeling the loophole to achieve their interest. Thirdly, settle for the will of God, being attending the same church doesnt mean anything to me, if his the will of God but dont forget that devil also attend church oooooo(thats why u need to pray very well).
