How To Get Pregnant Using the Banana Recipe

  3. Magnesium which ensures proper blood supply to the Uterus, and produces a hormone called progesterone which is vital to the woman’s menstrual cycle.
  4. Potassium which is essential for muscle strength, pH balance, and muscle strength.

You can choose to eat your bananas as they come, which is a great idea. But if you would like to be a little more adventurous, you can incorporate it into your daily meals.

Below are a list of tasty, mouth watering banana recipes, culled from Nigerian food blog, Afrolems. These recipes are suitable for the entire family.



4.5 tablespoons of butter, softened

2 ripe bananas

2 eggs

2/3 cup of sugar

a pinch of salt

1 1/3 cup all-purpose flour

1/2 teaspoon baking soda

1/4 teaspoon baking powder


  • Mash the bananas till it’s smooth.
  • Whisk the eggs and set aside.
  • Mix all your dry ingredients except the sugar and set aside
  • Mix the butter, egg and sugar and cream it. Add the mashed bananas to this mixture and mix till smooth.
  • Pour the wet ingredients to the bowl of the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly till smooth incorporating air as you mix.
  • Pre-heat the oven to 375F, grease the pan and pour in your mixture and place in the oven. It should take roughly 25-30 minutes to bake fully. To make sure it’s ready, stick a toothpick in it and if the toothpick comes out clear you are good to go. Allow to cool for a bit and serve.

2 ripe bananas, cut into chunks

1 cup of pineapple, cored and peeled

8 strawberries

1/2 a cup of cold water

2 tablespoons plain yogurt


  • Place all the ingredients into the blender in the following order; water, banana, pineapple. and strawberries.
  • Blend on high speed for  20 seconds or until the blend looks smooth. You can use a spoon to check for smoothness.
