‘I got tested by God” Says Governor’s Aide Who Accidentally Crushed Own Daughter To Death With His Car
Mr. Abdullahi Abubakar Darma, Special Assistant on Religious Affairs to Governor Aminu Masari, of Katsina reportedly accidentally crushes own daughter, Aisha, with his car.
According to a report by Punch, the incident occurred at Darma’s Katsina house on Friday, while his car was on the reverse and the governor’s aide did not know that his toddler was behind the car.
”The car ran over the girl and she died on the spot,” a family source confirmed.

Darma who described the tragic incident as “an act of God” also shared the news, with a photo of his daughter, on his Facebook page, which lead to an outpour of condolences from sympathisers and associates, many of whom commiserates with him.
“A few minutes ago, I got tested by God. I was reversing my car when I crushed my daughter mistakenly and she died,” he wrote in Hausa language.
