”No man is doing you a favor by marrying you” – Gospel Singer Nathaniel Bassey Advises Women
Popular Nigerian gospel artist, Nathaniel Bassey, who led the the Hallelujah Challenge last year, has taken to social media to advice women who are already married and those waiting for their big day.
The happily married father-of-two kids told women that no man should make them feel they are doing them a favor by getting married to them, rather it is the other way round.
He backed up his point by making reference to Proverbs 18:22 where it is written “The man who finds a wife finds a treasure and he receives favor from the Lord.”
He shared this post via his Twitter handle and it reads:
“My dear sisters, No man should make you feel they are doing you a favor marrying you. Actually it is the other way round, as the bible says a Man finds FAVOR when He finds a wife.

Hence, you don’t make the treasure feel you are doing her a favor. You are actually the one who should feel a deeper sense of gratitude to God.
