Sickening: Super Eagles Player, Shehu Abdullahi In Wife Battering Scandal

Trending in the report of domestic abuse is Super Eagles star, Shehu Abdullahi who has been accused of battering his wife, Sumayya Mustapha.

It is always sickening to hear of men who beat their wives. Aren’t these women the same you promised to love and cherish for the rest of your lives? Aren’t they the same ones you said you couldn’t live without? Aren’t they the ones you told, “you take my breathe away”? Why would you as a man be comfortable with raising your hands against the woman you professed to love? Just why?!

While men like Alexis Ohanian is seen celebrating their wives, some men are busy pummeling theirs.

According to Instablog, Saturday, July 14, 2018; in the night at the couple’s residence in Sokoto, Sumayya was said to have been on a call when her husband walked into her room, and she was said to have ended immediately.

She was reported to have refused to answer subsequent calls on her phone that night because according to her, her husband was fond of eavesdropping on her phone conversations when she is on the phone with family and friends.

Probably from the same number, she was said to have continued to ignore the calls, which didn’t sit well with her husband who had insisted that she must answer her calls, while he was there with her.

Summaya, Mom-Of-1 explained that the Bursaspor star sometimes hide to record her conversations. She also stated that her jealous hubby derives pleasure from going through her phone while she’s asleep, so that he could read her chats and take pictures of her same.

This is why, according to reports, she refused answering the calls in his presence despite his insistence.

Angered by her refusal, the player was said to have descended on his wife; leaving her with a bloodied eye.

Shehu Abdullahi was part of coach Gernot Rohr’s team that crashed out of the 2018 FIFA World Cup in Russia, after failing to gather enough points to see them through to the next round.
