Mom-Of-6 and television personality, Kris Jenner has come out to candidly speak about her first marriage and her regrettable role in its breakdown.

She admitted to having an affair with former soccer player and animator, Todd Waterman whom she referred to as “Ryan” in her autobiography, while she was still married to her first husband, Robert Kardashian Sr.

The Keeping Up with the Kardashians matriarch recently sat down for a wife-ranging interview with Fox News Channel’s OBJECTified that touched on her first marriage to the late Robert Kardashian Sr., who was diagnosed with esophageal cancer in July, 2003; and died on September 30, 2003; at the age of 59.

The 62-year-old TV star opens up on how her infidelity tore their relationship apart. Infidelity is simply the act of being unfaithful to ones spouse; and this act releases a most devastating & excruciating pain to the one faithful partner involved.

The mother of six admitted that her biggest regret in life was having an affair while married to the father of four of her children.

“I married Robert when I was 22 years old and I got pregnant on my honeymoon — I had the happiest life you could’ve dreamt about,” she told host, Harvey Levin. “But when you’re in something, sometimes people think the grass is always greener and that was like what I think I went through at some point.”

Kris was married to Robert for 13 years and they had four children together: Kourtney, 39, Kim, 37, Khloé, 34, and Rob, 31 but he filed for divorce in 1991, following her affair with 10-years younger, Waterman.

Asked about her “affair with the soccer player,” Jenner acknowledges that it’s true.

“I did, I did,” she says. “Which wasn’t — nothing I’m proud of. When I look back on it now, probably one of my biggest regrets in my life is that that marriage fell apart.”

She also admitted that she was left devastated when Robert handed her divorce papers ‘because it made it real’.

“Like, you think you’re going to come through this period — that was really hard for me.”

Jenner previously opened up about cheating on Robert in her 2011 memoir, Kris Jenner…And All Things Kardashian, where she explained,

“Robert had been the only man in my life since I was 18. I don’t know why I was having a mid-life crisis at 30, but I was. His name was Ryan, and he was a producer. We had wild sex everywhere, all the time.”

She later added in another interview with chat show host, Jay Leno,

“When you’re very young you do a lot of stupid things. It’s probably the biggest regret of my life that I ended up having an affair. [I was] probably just really naive and stupid and restless and didn’t realize that marriage has it ups and downs.”

In 2016, Jenner told Harper’s Bazaar that the divorce was one of her only regrets, saying, “I had a wonderful, beautiful life with Robert. He was just an amazing man.”

Daughter Khloé, has also spoken out about the divorce, vowing never to be unfaithful herself because of what she witnessed between her parents (read here).

“I saw how it destroyed my dad,” she said on a Kocktails with Khloéepisode in 2016. “I saw what it it did to my dad so I don’t want to do that. I also saw the regret from my mom.”
