“I Slept With Two Under-Aged Boys Because I Am Always Lonely, I Do Not Have A Girlfriend.” -Apprentice, Ebuka Okafor
The Nigeria Security and Civil Defence Corps (NSCDC) in Ondo state on Thursday, arrested one 20-year old Nigerian man, Ebuka Okafor over alleged sodomy.
The young man who is said to be an apprentice, confessed to sleeping with the two under-aged boys- 12 & 13 years with whom he was caught.
He was caught while attempting to sleep with one of the under-aged boys again, and the elderly one raised alarm which led to his being apprehended by a group of vigilante group at Oja-Oshodi area of Akure.
It was relayed that Okafor was beaten to a pulp before the Deji of Akure intervened and ordered that he should be taken to the NSCDC office for interrogation.

The State Commandant of the NSCDC, Pedro Awili who spoke to newsmen, said the suspect who was almost lynched by the community, was first dragged to the Deji’s palace before he was handed over to the NSCDC for proper investigation.
An NSCDC officer stated further:
“And during our interrogation with him, the boy confessed to the crime, stating that he defiled the two boys aged 12 and 13 years old. He told us this would not be the first time that he would be sleeping with the two boys.”

Okafor did not only confess to the crime but also expressed his regrets for engaging in such criminal act. He likewise disclosed that he had been sleeping with the two boys for the past two months.
“I have been sleeping with them since August and whenever I have intercourse with them, I always give them N200 each. I have only slept with them three times, and the reason I am sleeping with them is that I don’t have a girlfriend and I always feel lonely in the shop always.”
The NSCDC is on top of Okafor’s case.
