OAP and fashionista, Toke Makinwa is counting down to 2019 with a lot of lessons she acquired in 2018. According to the vlogger and author, she has let go of behaviours and associations that limit her even as she is struggling to fully imbibe the art of forgiveness. She however said , her best decision ever in the year 2018 is ‘fixing’ her body.

The media personality was previously married to fitness trainer, Maje Ayida, but their marriage ended just as quickly as it started amidst allegations of Maje’s infidelity. But Toke seems to have taken the storm in its strides and conquered one dream after the other since then.

Toke previously admitted to bleaching her skin to keep her man and feeling inadequate as a woman; all that is behind now because she has successfully bleached her skin to a much fairer tone and is now admitting to have gotten work done on her body. Success like a good body is perfect revenge as they say.

Earlier in the year, fans of the radio host noticed her more curvaceous body and deirerre and took every chance to let her know that they were aware she’s got work done. She neither confirmed nor denied the speculations.

In a new post on her Twitter handle, the OAP and business woman has now confirmed speculations regarding her new body, saying of all the decisions she took in 2018, fixing her body remains the best.

Here’s what she wrote below:

“This year I stopped complaining and changed things. I hated my body, I fixed it (best decision ever). I hated hanging around certain people who made me feel small; I dropped them, I learnt to forgive ( I still struggle but it’s a journey), I learnt to be at peace. #2018Lessons”
