American actress, Jada Pinkett-Smith, 47, is dumbstruck at the increase in the sales of R Kelly’s music since the release of Lifetime’s docuseries titled “Surviving R. Kelly” and couldn’t hold back from airing her amazement.

The mom-of-2 who talked about how she got an article that provided her with that information and how disappointing it was for her to read such, opines her hope of it not having anything to do with the fact that the victims are black girls.

Taking to her Instagram page to address her followers via a video clip, the ‘Red Table Talk’ show host wrote:

And through the video clip, she said:

“So I got an article this morning about how R Kelly’s music sales has spiked substantially since the release of “Surviving R Kelly” docuseries. And I’m having a really difficult time understanding why. But I think it’s important that I understand why. I really would like for you guys to help me understand what I’m missing, even if I’m missing something that I don’t necessarily agree with, I just want to understand what I’m missing so… And I really don’t want to believe that it’s because black girls don’t matter enough or is that really? So let me know…”
