Kim Kardashian Confirms She Is Expecting Her Fourth Child
American reality television personality, Kimberly Noel Kardashian-West, 38, has confirmed that she and her husband, Kanye West, 41, are expecting their fourth child.
Speaking on ‘Watch What Happens Live’ on Monday night, host, Andy Cohen, 50, asked Kim outrightly if she and husband, Kanye were expecting their 4th child via surrogacy and she answered, “We are!” while adding that the due date was ‘sometime soon’.

The reality star then confessed that she let the news, which was first reported about 2-weeks ago, slip when she got drunk at a Christmas Eve party.
She admitted:
“‘I got drunk at our Christmas Eve party and told some people. I can’t remember who I told because I never get drunk.”
Kim had given birth naturally to 5-year-old daughter, North West and 3-year-old son, Saint West, while the couple’s 3rd child, Chicago West was born via surrogacy in January 2018.
She was reported to have battled with life-threatening condition called ‘placenta accreta’ during her two pregnancies and had been warned by her doctor not to carry her own baby again.
Placenta accreta occurs when all or part of the placenta remains attached to the uterine wall after childbirth.
The couple are said to be ‘thrilled it [surrogacy] has worked out’ for a second time, with Kim particularly happy to be having her ‘perfect’ combination of ‘two boys and two girls’
