Cardi B On Why She Is Working Things Out With Husband, Offset Again
New York city-born American rapper, singer and songwriter, Belcalis Marlenis Almánzar, 26, known professionally as Cardi B, is set to take back her estranged husband, Kiari Kendrell Cephus, 27, known professionally as Offset, after he was ‘caught’ cheating on her with other women.
In a new interview with Good Morning America, the mom-of-1 opened up about her relationship with Offset, how her grueling schedule put stress on their marriage, and how it’s important that they fix things since they have a daughter together.
More so, the duo have been spotted together recently and it seems all is returning back to normal with them.

“I feel we’re going to be all right,” she said. “You know, got to take it slow.”
Cardi’s parents separated when she was 13, so she believes it’s “important” to have “two parents… at your household.”
She added that a “whole lot of people was telling me like, ‘Oh, you could date, you could find another man.’” She continued, “And it’s like, I can. I could find anybody I want… I just feel like, you know, it’s really hard to date when you’re famous.”
“You don’t know nowadays who want you for you,” she said. “Sometimes I feeling people want me for Cardi B.”
Regardless, she plans on having more kids, though she admits that it’s difficult to balance work and motherhood.
“It’s like certain things I just miss,” she said, “But it’s like I just think to myself … her future’s going to be so secure… Like, oh my gosh, she can have a Lambo when she’s, like, 18.”
“But right now, I got to be in my grind,” she continued. “I’m going to have more kids.”

Up until this point, Cardi B has denied rumours that she and Offset may be rekindling their relationship.
