1. Skincare:

I can never overemphasize this. If you haven’t been taking care of your skin before, then now is the time to start. You know why? The responsibilities on us. Taking care of the kids, hubby and business/job. Next thing stress will lead to wrinkles.

And fine lines will now start to come in and make you look older than your age. That’s why you see that some women start to look older than their husbands meanwhile their hubby is still looking fresh and young.

2. You need to start taking your vitamins.

3. Guard your self-esteem:

This is also the period where your self-esteem becomes more fragile. Especially if you look around and it seems like your mates are doing far better than you. Tell yourself it is not a competition. Everybody has their purpose and their time. That yours hasn’t come doesn’t mean it won’t come. God can never forget us.
