Actress Slyvia Ukaatu Says “Women are incomplete without a man” | Nigerians React
Fast-rising Nollywood actress, Sylvia Ukaatu has expressed her thoughts on women and marriage. The single mom-of-one is of the belief that women can only tag themselves complete if they have a man in their lives.
In a recent Instagram post, Sylvia said a woman is incomplete without a man who should serve as her shield. She then went further to advise single women to get themselves a man of their own even if it means getting married as a second or third wife.
According to her, not every woman is destined to be a first wife.
”We are not complete without a man, get yourself a shield over you even if it takes being someone’s 2nd ,3rd…women be married. For the records we all are not destined to be someone’s first…. Don’t be deceived on HOPE until time eludes you.”
The post has been receiving some negative comments as most of her fans are not in agreement with her perspective about marriage.
It would be recalled that sometime ago, Sylvia revealed that when she was young, naive, she wanted to get married and start up a family at an early age, so, she got entangled with blood oath with her lover at the age of 18 but unfortunately that one ignorant move backfired and she’s full of regrets.

Madam you’re not incomplete without a man. I think that’s the problem with your write-up. You don’t need validation from any man to feel complete. Being married is necessary because nobody deserves to be lonely. But you’re complete with or without a man. Work on your self-esteem, it’s very low.
