Actress, Halima Abubakar Hints She’s Expecting A “Lil Minnie”

Nollywood actress, Halima Abubakar has just announced that she is expecting a child in a surprising post where she shared a photo of herself smiling and glowing.

The 34-year-old diva gave this hint on her Instagram page yesterday where she captioned the photo ‘smile of gratitude’:

“Smile of gratitude and am expecting a lil Minnie?motherhood#wcwalways❤.”

Since the sensational Nollywood star made the announcement, she has already started receiving congratulatory messages from fans and her celebrity friends alike.

Fellow actresses, Yvonne Okoro wrote: “Awww congratulations darling,”, Uche Elendu wrote: “Awwww cant wait?????? and Mercy Johnson added ”Congratulations inya, you deserve every happiness…..godmother loading???Gods blessings always.”

The good news is coming after her long battle with fibroids complications. In April 2017, she underwent a successful fibroid removal procedure in India.

In July, same year, Abubakar’s manager, Abi Anah shocked everyone after he revealed the curvaceous actress was due for another surgery to correct the complications that arose from the Uterine Fibroid Surgery.

Speaking of Uterine Fibroid, according to studies, a complete removal of the uterus is the only sure cure; however, if a woman still wants to have children, she is better off removing only the fibroids.

This surgery sometime results in complications such as blood loss and infection.
