The Lagos State Examinations Board has rescheduled the Basic Education Certificate Examination earlier fixed for December 5 to 3.
A statement by Board’s Public Affairs Officer, Mr. Bakare Fatai, said rescheduling the date of the examination became necessary due to the clashes with the forthcoming Lagos Bye – Elections in Lagos East Senatorial District and Kosofe Constituency 2.

“Lagos State Examination Board hereby announces to the general public that the Year 2020 Basic Education Certificate Examination RESIT earlier fixed for Saturday, December 5, 2020 has been rescheduled to Thursday, 3rd December, 2020. “As a result of this, the Examination Board implores the concerned School Principals to take note of the new date. The affected candidates should be informed,”
